This student exhibition of works that respond to artist and former SAIC professor Barbara DeGenevieve\u2019s legendary assignment prompts is an important component of the In Your Face: Barbara DeGenevieve, Artist & Educator<\/em> project. Highlighting DeGenevieve\u2019s ongoing relevance to the SAIC student body, this exhibition within an exhibition features recent work in a variety of media by 24 currently-enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. A faculty jury (professors Aim\u00e9e Beaubien, Mark Jeffery, and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Moffett) selected these artworks from close to 100 submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
