As a public program of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the largest nonprofit movie theater in Chicago, the Gene Siskel Film Center strives to provide a welcoming space reflective of Chicago’s diverse and vibrant community. Your donation helps support our robust slate of eclectic international, independent, and classic cinema, with festivals and year-round programming.
Volunteering is a great way to support the Black Harvest Film Festival! Volunteers help scan tickets, clean theaters between screenings, and create a friendly atmosphere for our guests. Volunteers are required to attend an in-person training, and will be eligible for complimentary tickets based on the number of hours they work. Please contact Jack Richardson, jricha15@saic.edu, with questions, or fill out the interest form below.
