Black Harvest Film Festival Pass FAQ
How do I use my Festival Pass?
Online: After you purchase your pass and select a BHFF title, you will be prompted with a “Festival Pass” ticket option (or “Member Pass”). You can then select your remaining Festival Pass titles. You may select up to six titles with a BHFF Festival Pass, or five additional tickets if you purchased the Opening Night Pass.
Box Office: To redeem your festival tickets in person, let the box office staff know you would like to use your pass.

Can I share my Festival Pass with others?
No. Festival Passes are intended for individual use and cannot be shared. Each pass allows one person to reserve one ticket per screening, for up to six different films (or five additional screenings with an Opening Night Pass). Passes cannot be used to reserve multiple tickets to the same screening.
When can I redeem my Festival Pass for tickets?
Tickets go on sale when the lineup is announced on October 17. You may begin using your pass to reserve tickets at that time.
Do I need to redeem my tickets in advance?
No. You may also have your pass printed at the box office or scanned from your mobile phone, just like an individual ticket, without booking seats in advance. However, we anticipate that many screenings will sell out, so we recommend reserving your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Do I get a ticket for my Festival Pass?
Both physical and digital options are available for passes and tickets. To receive a printed version, visit the box office. To add your pass to your device’s digital wallet, follow the instructions below.
How do I add the Festival Pass to my digital wallet?
On your phone, visit the Sign In page and select the icon with your first initial in the upper-right corner, next to the cart icon. Choose “My Account.”
Under your account details, select “My Benefits.” On the next screen, choose the option to add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, then follow your phone’s confirmation prompts.
The next time you visit the box office or concessions, you can show your digital card. Thank you for choosing the digital option!
I’ve changed my mind about a screening I booked using my pass. Can I swap it for a different screening?
Yes! Sign in to your account, select your initial in the upper-right corner, and choose “My Account.”
On the “My Account” page, select “Return Tickets” from the menu. Find the ticket you want to return, select it using the toggle, and choose “Reserve Selected Tickets.” Confirm the return when prompted.
Once the ticket has been returned, you can select another screening using your pass.
