Jard Lerebours, 5 min.). DREAMS LIKE PAPER BOATS (dir. Samuel Suffren, 19 min.) follows a father-daughter duo navigating life’s hurdles. CICATRIZ (SEED) (dir. Rodrigo Ribeiro Vieira, 18 min.) tells of a mother’s fight for her son’s future. In GO IN PEACE (dir. Jean Gaspa, 15 min.), a young man supports his mother at the Haitian consulate in Paris. THREE (dir. Destinie Paige, 16 min.) examines a mother’s decision to leave London for a fresh start.
