Jule Gagne was born in Spokane Washington and has found a love for Chicago during their time at SAIC. They are graduating with a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a focus in animation, comics, and printmedia. They strive to create storytelling in their work whether it’s sequential or within an illustration.
