Michael Nelken is a student at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a BFA specializing in Animation, Storyboarding, Character Design & Writing. Michael has made a variety of his own series including The Dollar Menu Do Gooders, Dr. Payne: The Wrestling Therapist, The Waco Cow, Spudnik The Space Potato and many more. Michael is eager to get his foot in the animation industry. His dream is to pitch his series to a network or streaming service and eventually be the show-runner of his own show. During his time at SAIC, Michael have been hard at work on making his own pilots, scripts and developing his skills as an animator and cartoonist. Michael has had a life-long love of cartoons and animation. With his work he hopes to spread as much joy and laughter as they’ve brought him.
