Tamara Harris is a multi-disciplinary artist from Memphis, T.N. Influenced and inspired by African American culture, her work explores various facets of her racial identity. The female form is central to her work, and is often expressed through the imagery of dolls. She received her BFA in Drawing with a Creative Writing minor from Ball State in 2020. Tamara is currently a 2025 Printmedia MFA Candidate at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
