Beatriz Schlogl Barini is a 3D animator from Brazil, and her practice involves exploring ecology, technology, and the tenuous relationships between humans and the environment. Since 2022, Beatriz has been a volunteer for the Chicago Bird Collision Monitors, having an impact on her research and personal view of the world, leading her to ground her digital practice in real-world ecology. Therefore, Beatriz’s 3D animation practice involves exploring how technology, absence, and other non-human entities start to transform spaces previously dominated by the presence of humans.
