Janhvi Marwah is an Indian writer, cinematographer, gaffer and editor. She is currently pursuing a BFA degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, with a specialisation in film and video. She has worked on several independent and commercial projects, including short films, commercials and social media skits. Janhvi primarily works with themes such as family, conflict, love and loss, the surreal and unknown and dreamscapes, in her own projects. She has directed several short films during her time at SAIC, including several 16mm experimental films, narrative shorts and her latest project, “Still your Daughter”.
