At a young age, I was diagnosed with dyslexia. While it meant I had to learn differently, I never let it define me. Growing up, I had a bookshelf full of books—but since reading them was a challenge, I instead focused on their artwork and illustrations. That early fascination with visual storytelling has since grown into a lifelong passion for art. More recently, I’ve combined a different love of mine, that of model building and miniature painting, into my work. Mixing these two together, I’ve strived to create worlds that the viewer can insert themselves into and feel the same childlike curiosity that I felt when I was a kid.
