Danielle Vishlitzky
Danielle Vishlitzky is an audiovisual artist and experimental filmmaker from Massachusetts whose practice is influenced by traditions of handmade cinema and autoethnographic documentary. Working with– and often destroying– 16mm, she investigates buried stories within the landscapes she captures on the filmstrip.
Her work has been shown at Millennium Film Workshop, Milwaukee Underground Film Festival, and Comfort Station. She is currently completing her MFA in Film, Video, New Media and Animation at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
